Dear Don and Brandon
Michael and I wanted to thank you for the beautiful remodeling work that you had done on our basement. Working with the two of you was a very pleasant surprise when compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. We called you up, on a Wednesday, to discuss that we wanted to finish our basement. You made arrangements to be there the next day. Thursday you arrived and we got started on measurements and we discussed our idea’s of how Michael and I would like the basement set-up to be. We must have spent a good 2-3 hours discussing the layout. We also informed you of our concerns regarding a budget we wanted to stay within. On Monday, of the following week, you and Brandon returned with several options and price ranges. Also, you showed us a computer program which gave us a virtual tour of the different options. This made it very easy to determine the floor plan we would go with. Every step of the way you and Brandon always kept us informed of what was happening and what was going to happen next. The finished product is fantastic. I love it when people that have seen our unfinished basement come over to take a look at the new finished basement; their reaction is priceless. They just can’t believe the transformation.
What impressed us most was your professionalism. When you said you would be at our house, at a certain time and date, I could count on you being there. Unfortunately this is not a quality that many contractors, that I have dealt with, possess. Also, your attention to detail. It seemed that your attitude toward our house was “what would make this look good” not “what is the easiest route for me to get this done”. This attitude definitely shows-up in the final product.
We recommend you to all my family and friends and when we need anymore work done you definitely will be the first ones we call. Thanks again.
